1. If you are near a Money-order Post Office, remit always by a Postal Money-order. Money can be sent in this way at very small expense, and with absolute safety. 2. The next best mode of remittance is a check on a Boston, New York, or Philadelphia Bank. All other checks subject us to expense in collecting: to cover this, add fifteen cents. 3. Money may be sent by mail, in a letter carefully sealed and directed, and prepaid by stamps. It is advisable always to have the letter registered. Letters can be registered in any Post Office.
