Concord Society, The.—Born during the latter part of the war of a desire on the part of a few Americans of German origin deeply The name is derived from the good ship “Concord,” which brought the settlers of Germantown to these shores in 1683. This historic event will be commemorated by an annual banquet of members of the society in one of the larger cities.
