Sprinkle gelatine on this. Stir over low heat until gelatine is dissolved, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add sweetener and salt. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice and vinegar. Chill to unbeaten egg white consistency. Fold in pineapple tidbits, orange sections and carrots. Turn into a 3-cup mold or individual molds and chill until firm.
