Add leaves with #68 leaf tip. Clown Cake 1 Make cake in 8 layers, saving ¼ cup batter to pour in prepared 3 custard cup. Bake cupcake with cake 15 to 20 min. 2 Use Betty Crocker Fluffy White Frosting Mix. Save 1½ cups; tint rest light green; frost cake, heaping frosting in mounds on top for ruffle. 3 Frost cupcake white; set in center of cake.
